All orders received online by 12:00 noon (Eastern) will be processed the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 noon may be processed the following business day.
Orders placed online can only be shipped to the United States. If you require delivery to another location, please contact a local dealer or call Timex Time Clocks to place your order.
Depending on what is ordered and where the purchaser is located, items may ship in one or more containers from one or more shipping locations.
We will make every effort to confirm actual shipping with you via e-mail. However, we cannot be held responsible for loss or non-delivery for any reason of the confirmation e-mail(s). Shipment status can also be confirmed by calling Acroprint Time Recorder Company at 919-872-5800 between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm (Eastern).
In order to return a Timex Time Clock, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) by contacting Acroprint Time Recorder Company within 30 days of product purchase. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase in the form of an original order number or invoice copy.
Returned items must be complete, with all original accessories, cables, manuals, etc. If possible, use the original box for shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned products that are missing any components.
